Temporary Chefs
The C & C relief team is made of experienced chefs who have all been registered, and interviewed face to face by C & C. Our standards are high and we work to the following criteria when recruiting for the relief team.

- Able to integrate within an existing brigade
- Flexible in approach
- Presentable
- Excellent communication skills
- Trustworthy
- Sensitive to the needs of the client
You can book a relief chef for a short or long term booking.
Wherever possible we will look for chefs that are geographically close to you, and we will always do our best should you need a chef at short notice. Once a chef has started with you we will always contact you on the first day of the booking to ensure that you are happy. On a long term booking we will maintain regular contact with you to ensure that you remain satisfied with your chef and the quality of work produced.
