You consent to us using information provided by you (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) in each of these ways. 4. Chef Selection Terms Of Business
Each employment assignment or placement arising as a result of an introduction made by Chef Selection will be subject to our standard terms of Business as they are applicable in the circumstances. All prospective candidates and Clients for whom we arrange assignments or placements will be provided with a copy of the terms of Business applicable to them at or following registration.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property rights
You agree that you grant Chef Selection royalty free and irrevocable permission to reproduce any material that you post to this site or send by hardcopy. You also grant Chef Selection the right to download and print any material that you have sent. If you believe that your copyright has been infringed please contact Chef Selection. We will need to know the details of the work, where it is on the site and a statement that reproduction has not been authorised. All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the site belong to Chef Selection or its third party suppliers. How do we protect your information?

Information Disclosure: Except as described in this privacy policy Chef Selection will not purposely disclose any personal information that you provide to any outside parties, except as required by law or to protect Chef Selection our users or others. Chef Selection will not disclose your personal details to an employer without first contacting you for express permission. Other companies we contract to may have access to your personal details. E.G database development, website design. They may need this information to perform their functions but may not disclose it to a third party. We may contact you at any time to make you aware of any news jobs and services that we feel may be of interest to you.

These terms and conditions and any agreements entered into through this website are to be governed in accordance with English Law. Some of the services offered through this website may not be lawful or permitted in certain countries outside the United Kingdom. We do not accept any liability for any losses arising which you would not have suffered had you been accessing this website as a United Kingdom Resident.
