At C & C we want to ensure that the right candidate is placed with the right client, for both temporary assignments and permanent placements.
One of the most important performance indicators of our technique is that all candidates receive a face to face interview. This ensures that their aspirations, in terms of role, responsibility and financial expectations meets our clients.
An interview also allows us to give a thorough analysis of the candidates CV, experience and qualifications. For permanent placements we will also organise a working trial with our candidate in your kitchen. This allows you to properly assess their skills in the workplace.
Referencing is an integral part of our service and where possible we will reference candidates prior to them starting a permanent placement or temporary assignment.
