Chef de Partie Loughborough Leicestershire upto 17K Plus Tips and Annual Bonus
Chef de Partie required to join the main kitchen at this modern hotel and restaurant
The Head Chef has been in position for nearly 2 years and is looking for a Chef de Partie with previous experience as working with all fresh ingredients to help take standards to the next level
As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a team assisting with a variety of daily tasks including daily kitchen prep (MEP) accepting and storing deliveries, assisting with HACCP and ensuring your section is ready for service.
Most importantly as a Chef de Partie we are looking for a team player, someone with a real passion for cooking and with the patience to help train this into juniors. A strong Demi Chef de Partie looking for a step up may be considered.
This is a live out position so applicants will need to live in the Loughborough, Kegworth, Coalville, Leicester Derby or Nottingham area with their own transport.
Excellent Basic Salary upto £17,000 (Depending upon experience)
