Permanent Introductions

All candidates put forward for full time positions are interviewed by C & C. Wherever possible we will also obtain references.

We ensure both clients and candidates are kept informed during the whole process from interview to offer stage. We will also arrange trial days as and when required.

Once a candidate starts with you we will phone after the first week to ensure that you are happy with the placement. We will then agree a two month contact plan with you to ensure that you and your candidate remain satisfied with the placement over the first two months.

Sourcing Your Candidates

C & C uses a variety of methods to source suitable candidates. This includes our own website which enables us to place your vacancy online immediately. We advertise in the local press and we also use several main job websites.

Having been established since 1998 we are also able to source many candidates from recommendation and our own database of candidates.
