I first came to C & C as a Chef de partie and over the years they have found me three positions in the midlands. The first as a chef de partie, then as a Sous Chef and lastly as Head Chef of Coughton Court in Warwickshire. I like the fact that they listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to get me interviews at places I didn’t want to work. It’s a completely different experience from the high street agencies, they treat you like an individual and they have excellent contacts in the industry. They have also been able to get me various relief jobs over the years as well. As a Head Chef I was on the other side of C & C and I became their client using their services to get relief chefs and again they were really good then too. They always provided quality relief chefs.
